Will the 47th Tartu Maraton take place?

Due to lack of snow, the 47th Tartu Maraton is canceled.

I have paid for the 47th Tartu Maraton. Will I get a refund?

According to the event’s Race Regulations, 50% of the paid entry fee will be credited to the registrant's marathon account as a credit, which the account holder can use to register for an upcoming Tartu Marathon Cube event(s). If a participant wants, he/she can get the same amount (50% of the paid entry fee) of money back. For more details on compensation for participation, see section 17 of the Race Regulations.

What is the Tartu Maraton jubilee hike?

The jubilee hike is a separate event organized by the Club Tartu Marathon to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the skiing marathon on Sunday, February 16th. Additional information about the hike HERE.

I have registered for the 47th Tartu Maraton and now I’d like to take part in the jubilee hike.

• Do I have to pay extra for the hike?

No, you don’t. All of those who registered for the 47th Tartu Maraton can participate in the jubilee hike free of charge.

• Do I need to register for the hike separately?

If you have registered for the 47th Tartu Maraton, make a free re-registration for the distance of your choice in our self-service environment.

I have not registered for the 47th Tartu Maraton, but now I'd like to take part in the jubilee hike. 

• How do I register for the jubilee hike?

Registration for the Tartu Maraton jubilee hike takes place in our self-service environment. The participation fee is 25 euros. For pensioners and under 18 year olds, our standard discount is -50%. Read more about the jubilee hike from its Race Regulations HERE.

Does Tartu Maraton jubilee hike give a stamp for Worldloppet Passport?

No. The jubilee hike is not a Worldloppet race.

Is Tartu Maraton jubilee hike taken into account in the recognition process, such as awarding participants with gold and silver pins of Tartu Maraton?

No. The jubilee hike is a separate event and it is not counted as participation in Tartu Maraton.
