Tartu Inline Skating children’s event is open for registration

On this Saturday, August 22nd, the 9th Tartu Rulluisumaraton’s (Inline Skating Marathon) children’s event takes place. Two distances will be organized: 500 meters TILLUrace and 3.4 kilometers MINImarathon. The event is free of charge and preregistration online is open from today until Thursday, August 20th 5:00 PM (EEST).

The race center and the start of the distances is in Tartu, near the crossroad of Narva and Kruusamäe streets. Just before the start of the races, 2:00 PM a free of charge skating school will be held. Professional teachers will teach and give tips about inline skating for all children interested.

At 4:15 PM the start will be given for all children who want to go to 500 meters long race on their own. For a bit older and skillful children, the MINImarathon is held at 4:30 PM.

All children in any age, regardless their skills, are welcome to participate. Every finisher will receive a medal, a diploma and a small bag of goods.
