SEB 33rd Tartu Rattaralli changed rules of seeding for safety

In the earlier years, SEB Tartu Rattaralli has taken into account only the results of two previous Tartu Rattaralli when doing the start group seeding. For the first time, this year also results from other Estonian Cycling events will be taken into account.

Results from Eesti Rahva Velotuur and Filter Maanteekarikasari from 2013-2014 season will be taken into account. "This can prevent a situation where a strong cyclists who hasn't participated in our competition has to start from the back of the group and could potentially cause dangerous situations when making up places," said race director Indrek Kelk.

"The main aim of this change is to improve safety," he added.

SEB 33rd Tartu Rattaralli takes place on the 1st of June. Register here!
