Rules for Open Track

Start materials
Handout of start materials takes place in the office of Club Tartu Maraton (Laulupeo Ave 25, Tartu) 12.-13.02 at 9.00-19:00. On the race day the materials are handed out at the start areas starting 1,5 hours before start. The registration at the start areas is open also at the same time.

Transportation
On the morning of the Open Track event (Feb 8th), the special shuttle buses go from Tartu and the finish parking lots in Elva to the start, and later from the finish back to Tartu and to the start locations. The shuttle bus day ticket costs 4 euros. The ticket can be bought from the bus driver. Detailed bus information and time table is available here.

The most important crossings have direction signs to start areas and finish.
 Parking in start areas and in finish car park is free; cars are directed to the parking lots in the order of fulfill.

START
The start of 63 km and Team Relay is at 9 in Tehvandi, start gate will be open from 8.45. Start of 31 km distance is at 11 in Arula Cross-roads and the start of 16 km distance at 12 in Palu.
At all the start places there is possible to use the ski wax service by TOKO (paid service). The dressing rooms for 63 km start are at the stadium waxin cabins, f0r 31 km and 16 km race there are special buses.

TIME KEEPING
Time keeping is performed with an electronic timing chip attached to your right ankle. After exiting the finish corridor, hand the chip to the organizer.
In case of abandoning the race or giving up the participation, the chip must be handed over to the organisers either in the service points or in the finish area, or returned to the office of Club Tartu Maraton (Laulupeo pst 25, Tartu) during one week after the race.

FINISH
The finish in Elva, Tartu County Sports Centre is opened until 17 p.m.

Diplomas
Printing of diplomas takes place in finish area at the secretariat on the second floor of the sports centre. There is also possible to get the stamp into the Worldloppet passport and buy souvenirs.

Catering
In order to get catering in the finish area, please remember to take the food coupon that is added to your start materials.

Washing and dressing
The sauna and washing possibilities at the finish area facility are limited and cost 2€.
The dressing room is on the first floor of the sports centre (next to diploma room).
